The Mandalay is our only ranch villa with a two story plan. It has three bedrooms and two baths. Two bedrooms are down; the third bedroom and loft (or optional bathroom) are on the second floor. The centrally located kitchen is open to the dinette, greatroom and sunroom. Mandalay's master suite features a pan ceiling and the master bath has a garden tub, seated shower and double bowl vanity.
